Workforce Optimization Gets Boost with OnShift Employee Engagement Software

Management can identify areas for improvement with the increased visibility Engage provides into the satisfaction and performance of employees and teams. It also improves the communications between managers, teams and employees by prompting messages to facilitate regular interactions to grow the relationship between management and staff.
